

1. Deposits and Payments
A non-refundable deposit of $150-300 required to secure your event date and services. This deposit confirms your booking and is non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations or changes to the event. Final payment is due Day of event No later. We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, apple pay, cash.
2. Cancellations
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to ChaposTacos@yahoo.com . If an event is canceled after the non-refundable deposit is paid, the deposit will not be returned. Cancellations made less than 5 Days before the event will require full payment of the agreed-upon total. We reserve the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, emergencies), in which case we will notify you promptly and refund any payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
3. Menu and Guest Count Changes
Final menu selections and guest counts must be confirmed no later than 7 Days before the event. Changes after this deadline may not be accommodated and could incur additional fees. Any increase in guest count after the final confirmation may result in additional charges based on the updated headcount.
4. Event Details and Timing
Clients must provide accurate event details, including date, time, location, and any specific requirements, at the time of booking. Any changes to event details must be communicated by Phone or Email at least 7 days prior to the event. Late arrivals or delays may impact service quality, and additional fees may apply for extended service times beyond the agreed schedule.
5. Food Safety and Allergies
We prioritize food safety and adhere to all local health regulations. Clients are responsible for informing us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions at least 10 days prior to the event. While we take precautions to accommodate dietary needs, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Clients assume responsibility for any allergic reactions resulting from undisclosed allergies.
6. Liability and Damages
We are not responsible for any damage or injury caused by guests or third parties during the event. Clients are responsible for any damage to our equipment or property caused by guests or event attendees. Replacement or repair costs will be billed to the client.
7. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or supplier failures. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a partial refund, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
8. Service Standards
We are committed to providing high-quality catering services. If you have concerns about our service, please notify us in writing within 48 hours after the event. We will address your concerns promptly but do not offer refunds for services already rendered.
9. Photography and Marketing
We may take photographs or videos of our setups, food, or services during your event for marketing purposes. By booking with us, you grant permission for these images to be used on our website, social media, or promotional materials, unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the event.
10. Agreement to Terms
By booking our services and paying the deposit, you acknowledge and agree to these policies and terms. These terms are subject to change, and the policies in effect at the time of booking will apply.
