1. What’s included in your packages?


We offer a variety of catering packages to fit any event:

  • All-Inclusive Package – 50+ Guest  featuring a variety of menu items.

  • Small Party Package – For 20–40 guests,  includes a set selection of items.

  • Tacos-Only Package – 50+ guest  guest, perfect for more casual gatherings.

2. How far in advance should I book?


We recommend booking 1–3 months in advance for regular-size parties to give you the best chance of securing your desired date.
For larger events of 200+ guests, we recommend booking 3–6 months in advance to ensure availability.

3. Do you require a deposit?


Yes. Deposits range from $150 to $300, depending on the size of your event.

4. What dishes are included with your packages?


With most of our catering packages, we provide four signature dishes for your guests to enjoy:

  • Street Tacos – Traditional, flavorful, and authentic.

  • Quesa Tacos – A cheesy twist on the classic taco.

  • Mulitas – A taco-quesadilla fusion, stacked like a sandwich.

  • Quesadillas – Melted cheese in a warm tortilla, with your choice of meat or veggies.

5. How long do you serve food?


Our standard service time is 2 hours. We arrive 1 hour before serving to set up and prepare.

6. Do you travel outside of Fairfield?


Yes! We cater events throughout the entire Bay Area. Travel fees may apply depending on your event’s location.

7. Do you offer vegetarian or vegan options?


Absolutely — we have vegetarian and vegan choices available upon request.

8. Do you provide plates, utensils, and napkins?


Yes, all dining essentials are provided — including forks, napkins, plates, and cups   

( depending on the package you select )

9. What payment methods do you accept?


We accept cash, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Cash App.

10. What space do you need for setup?


We require a 10x10 ft clear area for our canopy and equipment setup.
For backyard events, please ensure there is a clear pathway and entrance to the designated setup area — this helps us set up quickly and efficiently.
